Dune Desert Marathon

Dune Desert Marathon offers runners a rare opportunity to experience desert running in the heart of the Sahara, set among the iconic dunes of Merzouga. The course combines hard packed desert terrain with selected dune sections, creating an intense but accessible running experience under wide open skies. With a full marathon, half marathon and 10 km option, the event welcomes runners of different levels while offering a true sense of immersion. Beyond the race, participants enjoy desert experiences such as camel rides and overnight stays in luxury tents, turning the event into a complete sporting and cultural adventure.
