Trail event held in Itzer, a village in the Middle Atlas in the province of Midelt. The race offers four distances: 10 km, 21 km, 56 km and 100 km, with stage formats for the longer races (100 km over 3 stages: 44 km, 35 km, 21 km; 56 km over 2 stages: 35 km and 21 km). The courses run through mountain terrain including forests, plateaus and Amazigh villages, with sections around Lake Sidi Ali, Ait Lhaj dam and altitudes between 2,000 and 2,500 meters. The event is organized by ASSIJI (Association des Initiatives des Jeunes d’Itzer) and operates as a solidarity trail, with proceeds funding local social, educational and sports initiatives. Participation is limited to 400 runners, with targets for female participation and local representation. The race includes official timing, aid stations and medical support.
