Le Grand Trail de la Vallée du Drâa is a multi-stage semi-self-sufficient desert ultra designed as an immersive trail adventure through the Drâa Valley. The event combines endurance, self-management, and discovery of southern Morocco, with routes crossing dunes, palm groves, rocky terrain, oases, and desert landscapes in one of the country’s most emblematic trail environments. The race is presented as an experience open to solo participants or teams, with approximately 180 km divided into 5 stages, bivouac nights, and support adapted to stage-racing conditions. It is positioned as the flagship event of the organizer’s trail universe in the Moroccan desert, with logistics centered around the Zagora area and access generally managed through arrival transfers from major airports.
