Les Foulées de l’AMCAR

A 5 km run organized for World Hypertension Day at Bouskoura Forest, bringing together healthcare professionals and participants in a prevention-focused event. The event includes participant welcome and registration, warm-up session, official race start, followed by a hydration break and a yoga and stretching workshop, before closing. Open to all, it aims to raise awareness about hypertension through sport and community engagement.
