Grand Stade d’Adrar (2.5 km closed circuit); Aïn Skhouna Resort, Drarga (6 km XCO closed circuit)
Organized by the Royal Moroccan Cycling Federation to celebrate the 27th anniversary of Throne Day, the Moroccan Throne Cup is one of the country’s major national cycling competitions. It brings together male and female riders from affiliated clubs and associations across the Kingdom in road cycling and Olympic Cross-Country mountain biking. The event is organized in partnership with the Souss-Massa Regional Cycling League, Club Agadir Vélo VTT and Association Najah Souss. On Saturday, the road cycling races take place on a 2.5 km closed circuit near the Grand Stade d’Adrar. On Sunday, the XCO mountain bike races are held on a 6 km closed circuit at Aïn Skhouna in Drarga. All categories, including Masters, are represented. On both days, rider check-in begins at 08:00, races start at 09:00 and the awards ceremony is scheduled for 13:30.
