    Raid Med is an outdoor team raid based in the Saïdia Mediterrania area in the Oriental region. The event is organized as a binôme challenge and is positioned by the organizer as a multisport endurance event in Morocco.  The format combines trail, mountain biking, canoeing, run & bike and orientation, with teams of two and both expert and discovery-style participation mentioned by the organizer.
