RocDuMaroc is a multi-day mountain bike (MTB) marathon held in southern Morocco, presented as an endurance cycling challenge across diverse terrains between the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara. The route connects Ouarzazate to Merzouga, passing through canyons, palm valleys, desert plateaus and mountain tracks. The event consists of six stages totaling approximately 666 km with significant elevation gain. Riders compete solo or in teams on off-road terrain including rocky trails, sand sections and technical climbs. The format includes GPS navigation, daily stages with rankings, and structured bivouac camps with logistical support, meals, and assistance throughout the race.
