Run4Rabies Morocco 2026 is a running event combining classic race formats and canicross. Participants can choose between a 5 km race, a 10 km race, and a canicross race, which involves running with a dog under specific safety and health conditions. The event is organized by Moroccan Marathon Runners and aims to raise awareness about rabies prevention and animal welfare. It takes place on natural terrain and includes specific participation requirements for canicross, such as vaccinated dogs and adapted equipment. The event was initially scheduled for 26 April 2026 in Bouskoura Forest near Casablanca, but it was later officially updated to a new date and location: Benslimane Forest on Sunday, 21 June 2026. The organizer also announced a partnership with Association Achourouk as part of this first edition.
