Ultra X Morocco is a desert trail running event organized by Ultra X in and around Ouarzazate, the gateway to the Sahara. Designed as one of the most accessible races in the Ultra X series, it takes runners through kasbahs, traditional villages, rocky desert trails, palm groves, oases, and vast open landscapes while providing a fully supported desert running experience. Participants can choose between a 110 km two-stage ultra marathon, a 50 km race, or a 25 km race. The event features fully marked courses, medical and safety support, checkpoint assistance, optional transfers between Marrakech and Ouarzazate, and concludes with an awards ceremony at the Karam Palace Hotel. The 50 km and 25 km races are UTMB World Series Indexed events.
