The Carta Rallye, 10th edition, is an amateur and semi professional rally raid in Morocco, running a seven day route from Agadir to Mhamid via Tan Tan, Laayoune and Icht. Since 2014, the event has built a strong reputation for professional organization, high safety standards and demanding terrain that combines dunes and technical off road tracks. Navigation is done with an electronic roadbook and the route is designed and validated by internationally experienced co drivers. Safety is reinforced by helicopter support, a medical team with 4x4 ambulances and a sweep truck. The format includes seven nights in half board, with two nights in shared rooms in luxury hotels and five nights in bivouac where participants bring their own tents, and the rally ends in Mhamid with the prize giving dinner.
