The event is based on regularity and orientation rather than speed, with teams of two to three riders covering around one hundred kilometers over several days. Cooperation, solidarity and the pleasure of riding together are at the heart of the experience. Only Barbe and Arab-Barbe horses are used, highlighting Morocco’s emblematic breeds and reinforcing the rally’s mission to promote equestrian tourism while connecting sport, culture and nature in a meaningful way.

Marrocos Areia & Relax by Jipaventura is a 4x4 expedition designed for drivers who want to fully experience sand driving and desert landscapes while enjoying a higher level of comfort than traditional off-road raids. The itinerary focuses on sandy tracks, dune crossings and iconic desert regions such as Erg Chebbi, Erg Chegaga and the Iriki salt lake, always approached with an emphasis on safety, progressive driving and group support. Beyond driving, the experience combines adventure with relaxation and cultural discovery. Shorter daily stages allow time to enjoy carefully selected hotels, a luxury desert camp, and convivial evenings shared with fellow participants. The journey also encourages meaningful encounters with nomadic communities and moments of solidarity in remote Saharan villages, creating an immersive experience where desert life, camaraderie and discovery are just as important as the off-road challenge itself.

The Pro Taghazout Bay QS 4000 will take place from 22 to 29 March 2026 at Anchor Point in Taghazout. The event is part of the World Surf League Europe and Africa Qualifying Series and has been upgraded to QS 4000 status for the 2025–2026 season. As the final QS event of the season for the Europe region and the penultimate event for Africa, the competition is strategically important for qualification to the Challenger Series. Points will count for both Europe and Africa rankings. The event gathers elite and emerging surfers competing on the point break of Anchor Point, known for consistent right-hand waves. The Junior Pro Taghazout Bay is scheduled separately from 11 to 15 November 2026.
